Matt Goyer is one of Seattle's top real estate agents, consistently ranking among the best each year. Specializing in urban living, he is passionate about lofts, floating homes, new construction, and mid-century moderns, but he's ready to help you buy or sell just about anything. Before transitioning to real estate, Matt sold a food-tech startup, led marketing at Redfin, and worked as a program manager at Microsoft.

With a Bachelor of Mathematics in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo, Matt enjoys digging into pricing spreadsheets and analytics. He currently lives on a floating home in Eastlake with his wife and two kids, having previously lived in the Central District and Capitol Hill. When not helping clients, he manages rental properties and enjoys skiing, boating, playing hockey, and savoring a good whiskey cocktail.
