Hi, I'm Monica! I became a real estate agent shortly after buying my first home in the Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle in 2019. Growing up here, I've always loved "playing tour guide" for friends coming into town, so naturally helping buyers relocate to the city has become a specialty of mine. I have a deep understanding of the nuances of each neighborhood and am able to quickly help match my clients to their next home. I also own a short term rental property in Palm Springs. Built in 2020 by Bosa Development. Made of about 140 homes, with about 20% 3 bedrooms, 20% 1 bedrooms, and the majority 2 bedroom options. Situated right across the street from Bellevue Park, but still on Bellevue Way for easy access to shops and restaurants. You can expect HOA dues to hover right around $1 PPSF. Home Prices: One bedrooms start in the 900's. 2 bedrooms in the $1.5m range. 3 bedrooms high 2's to low 3's.
