I couldn’t imagine buying my first home without Alyssa’s help. She was incredibly knowledgeable, resourceful and patient through the entire process. From the beginning, her understanding of the market in Spokane was invaluable. She also took the time to explain the home buying process to us and was always responsive, easily communicable and efficient (even while traveling). For anyone selling your house: today's market can be stressful, and I have to say that working with Alyssa was a wonderful experience. She is very experienced, knowledgeable, and is always there for you at a moments notice to answer all your questions or to squash your worries, no matter how big or small! If I could offer any advice to anyone buying or selling a home (especially if they are a worrier like me): Don't worry about it, trust the process, trust Alyssa, she's got you!

We met Alyssa via one of our advisors who said he would find us a realtor that would fit our needs and have a personality to mesh with ours. He “introduced” us to Alyssa via email, and so I immediately looked at her Instagram before our official meet up. Alyssa is WONDERFUL. I knew that as soon as we met, she was the realtor for us. She gave us her booklet to get us started and ran us through the whole home buying process while being the sweetest person with our two crazy kids at a busy coffee shop. As we went through the process of looking at houses, she would point out flaws in houses that I would never have noticed so that we would be the most informed buyers we could be. She never let us look at houses over our budget, so that we wouldn’t compare houses outside our range, which I am SO grateful for. She is such a breath of fresh air, yet confident in her job and firm when she needs to be. She would research the land and properties around our potential homes, again to give us a full scope of the home we may buy. There was a home that I thought I LOVED, but thanks to Alyssa, she found out that an apartment complex owned the land right behind this property, and they were in the process of starting to build. She completely saved us there. I could go on and on about Alyssa. She truly loves her job, and it is so apparent by how much she cared for us during the entire process.
