Growing up here, I've always loved "playing tour guide" for friends coming into town, so naturally helping buyers relocate to the city has become a specialty of mine. Of the Downtown Bellevue condo options, One88 is my favorite for it's plentiful amenities, high end finishes, location, and value compared to other new construction homes in town. Built in 2020 by Bosa Development. Made of about 140 homes, with about 20% 3 bedrooms, 20% 1 bedrooms, and the majority 2 bedroom options. Situated right across the street from Bellevue Park, but still on Bellevue Way for easy access to shops and restaurants. You can expect HOA dues to hover right around $1 PPSF. Home Prices: One bedrooms start in the 900's. 2 bedrooms in the $1.5m range. 3 bedrooms high 2's to low 3's.
