Hi, I'm Monica! I became a real estate agent shortly after buying my first home in the Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle in 2019. Growing up here, I've always loved "playing tour guide" for friends coming into town, so naturally helping buyers relocate to the city has become a specialty of mine. I have a deep understanding of the nuances of each neighborhood and am able to quickly help match my clients to their next home. I also own a short term rental property in Palm Springs. I love all things mid century modern! In my free time you'll find me walking my 2 shelties around the city, playing a round of golf, or wine tasting in Woodinville.
